EzTimeRental is a multi-vendor system that allows customers to search and book rentals, purchase items, and book services that are event-related. When a customer makes a booking it can be from one or more vendors. For the customer is a seamless one-cart transaction for booking and payment.
On the back end, the system routes the order to the appropriate vendor’s merchant account. Each vendor can only see their orders and not the orders of another vendor during that customer booking. When the order has been placed on your vendor’s “Manage orders” screen you will be able to see the status of your booking.
The amount that is deposited into your account is based on the item deposit you set on your products minus the site commission fee & credit card processing fees. When the orders are in your “Manage Orders” screen it is your responsibility to fulfill your customer’s orders.
